What is "SportsClubWebSiteCreator" ?
"SportsClubWebSiteCreator" provides a powerful and yet very
user-friendly web-based tool that allows authorized company user (e.g., coaches,
managers, admin, ...) to develop, and
update their web site Automatically without having knowledge of Computer
programming, web design, web development tools and programming from any computer
at any time. This is achieved by just filling forms, selecting desired options
and clicking buttons. Updating and uploading pictures and documents can be done
from any computer with Internet access at any time.
Traditionally, companies have a dedicated webmaster, responsible for developing and maintaining their web sites. Any changes or updates is communicated to the webmaster, who in return will update and upload changes to the hosting server when (s)he gets time, usually after 1 business day or so. Depending on the amount of update data and schedule of the webmaster (who usually is a volunteer) the updates could take much longer time, sometimes weeks or months. establishes an account, set up necessarily directories and provides you the SITE
ADMIN (Super user) user id and password, in which you , as the Site Admin, can do any and every
item listed below.
What the Site Admin (Super user) can do?
A Site Admin can (and should) do the following Tasks:
Post Your Profile:
Provide Company Business information, Services, Charters, Goals, Address, Phone numbers and other method of contacts. This should be done only one time at the beginning. These data will be used and shown when user selects and options.
. This option allows the Site Admin to create new groups as well as deleting old groups. The Site Admin Should create at least one group or team at first, and subsequent related groups can be added later.
This option allows the Site Admin to create new Leaders (Coach, Manager of
the group, Board or Chair person, Committee members) as well as deleting
non-existing members. The Site Admin can modify his/her own profile
(password, email, phone, etc..) as well as any members profile he/she has
created.

The Site Admin has almost an unlimited number of color combination choices
for background, foreground, Hyperlinks, Tables, and left-side menu. NOTE: You have almost an unlimited
number of color combination choices for background, foreground, links, etc. However, it is suggested that you select a right combination of colors for readability purposes. For example, Selecting foreground and background the same color is not a good choice.
The Site initially is delivered with a factory default colors. The Site
Admin can change any of the colors as many times as he/she wishes.
This option allows the Site Admin to upload new Head Logo (which will appear on top of every page) and Group Logos which appears on top of each created group on Home Page. The suggested sized for Head Logo is 960 X 105 pixels and for Group logo is 152 X 58 pixels. NOTE: if the size is not as suggested, system will automatically adjust the picture size to the recommended/suggested size and therefore might have negative impact on the logo pictures.
This is the option which allows the Site Admin as well as Leaders to upload series of pictures for their teams and/or special events (such as tournaments, parties, etc.).
This is the option which allows the Site Admin as well as Leaders to upload up to ten ypes of documents/flyers for their groups (e.g., Youth forms (medical release, ...), policies & guidelines, uniforms guidelines, parents handbook, etc.).
This option allows the Site Admin as well as Leaders to optionally input and create new announcements. (e.g., notify visitors of an upcoming tryouts, etc)
This option allows the Site Admin as well as Leaders to optionally input and create new events. (e.g., Publish calendar of events (training classes, schedule of games or events) etc).
This option allows the Site Admin as well as Leaders to upload their pictures to be shown along with their profiles and their business cards.
This option allows the Site Admin as well as Leaders to create new teams, upload new team pictures, and modify (if is necessary) the information on the existing teams (e.g., New Teams Hotline Phone numbers, coaches, managers, etc.). This option also allows the Site Admin to delete an existing team.
This option allows the Site Admin as well as Leaders to create new player profiles, upload new player pictures, and modify (if is necessary) some information on the existing players (e.g., New Phone numbers, email, address, position, team, etc.). This option also allows the Site Admin to delete an existing player. NOTE: the player's personal information will only be viewable by authorized company users and are used solely for their conveniences. A site visitor will not see and can not use the personal information or the player's profile.
Post
Your Profile:
This option allows any player to create a preliminary player's profiles, upload
his/her own pictures. Upon
successful completion of the form, An email will automatically be sent to the
club Admin notifying him/her of new profile posted. The admin then can review,
approve, modify or reject the posted profile.
This option also allows the Site Admin to delete the created player's
profile.
NOTE: the player's personal information will only be viewable by authorized
company users and are used solely for their conveniences. A site visitor
will not see and can not use the personal information or the player's
profile.
